VISION AND MISSION
NCA’s MVP (Mission, Vision & Philosophy)
Mission Statement
The mission of New Covenant Academy is to Educate, Enable and Equip the Christian leaders of tomorrow. We achieve this mission by providing children and their families with excellence in education, spiritual formation, and Bible-centered Christian experience and relationships.

Vision Statement
New Covenant Academy has been called by God to meet the needs of young people - spiritually, emotionally, academically, and physically - and to help develop an environment whereby the home, church, and school will be of one accord.

We are convinced that we must actively bring forth the truth of God’s Word and educate our young people with an understanding that there are absolute, definite, ongoing standards that will stand the test of time because they are authored by God Himself.

We believe that we’ve been called to help guide young people in God’s way to achieve their fullest potential. While God gives each individual different gifts and abilities, He nevertheless expects individuals to perform to the best of their ability in order to rise to their highest level of achievement, to the glory of God.

In order to facilitate this, NCA has created a college preparatory program that exposes students to the truths of God’s Word and equip them to perform at an academic and intellectual level that will allow them to go on to institutions of higher learning, preferably the college or university of their choice. This preparation should allow them to be successful at whatever God will lead them to do.

Further, we feel it is our responsibility to prepare our students to face a world that does not understand or appreciate those who are totally committed to Jesus Christ. We will do this through Bible classes emphasizing personal application of the Scriptures in everyday life and a growing, vibrant, defensible, unshakable relationship with Christ. We will present the whole of God's truth, free from denominational attachments, stressing that we are one in Christ, brothers and sisters in the faith.

Philosophy Statement
The education philosophy of NCA is that "every child when fully trained will be like his teacher" (Luke 6:40). The promise of Proverbs 22:6 states, "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it."

NCA understands the importance of knowledge and wisdom. The Bible is clear on the use of knowledge. Knowledge is facts or data, while wisdom is how a person uses that knowledge. At NCA, we believe we are responsible for integrating Biblical truths and wisdom into every subject we teach.

We believe in Christian education because only through Christ can we know the truth, and only with born-again teachers who are committed to Christ can share God’s truths with students and parents at NCA.

NCA recognizes that parents have the first responsibility to God to raise their children. The school has the responsibility to reinforce and support the parents committed to raising their children according to biblical guidelines and to work in partnership with such parents.
